Service fulfillment begins immediately after you have completed your purchase of an Upsurgy subscription plan. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to the fulfillment policy outlined in this document.

Service Fullfillment

All services come pre-packaged with certain deliverables. These deliverables are outlined in the service description and are intended to provide a clear understanding of what will be delivered to you. By proceeding with Upsurgy, you acknowledge that you have received a clear understanding of what services will be delivered to you based on the subscription plan you have selected.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we cannot offer refunds for services under any circumstances. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Our services are billed based on a monthly subscription basis. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance of your next billing cycle. This notice can be submitted via email or through the communication channel established during onboarding. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a full charge for the upcoming month’s services. At any moment following the purchase of a subscription, Upsurgy reserves the right to cancel your subscription without prior notice.

No Guaranteed Results

While we we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients, we do not guarantee specific results from our services. Success in digital marketing depends on numerous variables, including but not limited to: industry trends, competiton, external platform algorithms, actions taken by yourself, and Acts of God. Many factors are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for outcomes that result from factors beyond our control.

Responsilbility Disclaimer

Upsurgy will not be held liable for issues outside of our control, such as account suspensions on platforms like Google Business (formerly known as Google My Business) or other external platforms. However, we are committed to supporting our clients and will work at no additional cost to help resolve such issues to the best of our ability.
